Public Notice: LID Foreclosure Auction June 24, 2022

Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Assessment Foreclosure Judgments of the Superior Court in the County of Grays Harbor, entered under cause number 21-2-00607-14 on April 19th, 2022 in proceedings for foreclosure of assessment liens upon real property, as provided by law, I shall on June 24, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the Ocean Shores Public Library (Public Meeting Room), located at 573 Point Brown Avenue N.W., Ocean Shores, sell the parcels of real property described in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of these judgments, plus costs of sale adjudged to be due thereon. This sale shall be without warranty and will be subject to the two-year statutory right of redemption.
