The Public Comment Form below is for citizen comments to be included as Public Comments on an Agenda for an upcoming Meeting. Council will accept and place all public comments into the record.
When the public health emergency ends, meetings will return to in-person, open public meetings, with regular procedures in effect.

Public speaking comments must be submitted using the form below by 12:00 noon. the day of the meeting. Providing your contact information is optional; however, by providing your contact information staff will be able to follow up on your request. Please note, the meeting minutes will reflect the name listed on this form.
Comments must comply with:
- Public comment is limited to 3 minutes.
- When providing comment, the commenter shall do so in an orderly manner and shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous, or profane remarks to any members of the meeting body, staff, or general public.
- No person may use the public comment for the purpose of campaign or advertisement.
- This is not a question and answer time and the council cannot engage in conversation with the public.
