City of Ocean Shores is pleased to announce the hiring of Human Resources Specialist, Kristin Metta Jones

I am so excited to be serving this amazing community as the Human Resources Director for the City of Ocean Shores. I am committed to providing support to the city’s numerous departments and working alongside employees and community leaders to ensure Ocean Shores continues to be the greatest city on the coast to live, play and work.

I moved to Ocean Shores 20 years ago with my family. I have raised two awesome children here. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. For the last sixteen years, I have worked for the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino where I oversaw all aspects of Human Resources. In addition to my extensive HR knowledge is the compassion and drive to help the city with its continued growth and building a thriving workforce to make that happen. I value integrity in the workplace and strive to do the right thing, even when you think no one is looking.  I also like to laugh, travel, and have fun!
