With the DNR lifting the statewide burn ban effective today, September 20, 2021, the City of Ocean Shores will lift the burn ban that is currently in place. This includes outdoor residential burning, campfires, and the use of charcoal briquettes.

Please be aware that residential burning of yard debris requires the purchase of a burn permit. Permits are $30 (check or cash only) and are valid for the calendar year. As a reminder, if you have a burn permit for this year, burning is restricted from dawn to noon July 1 to October 15.
