Olympic Area Agency on Aging Survey

The Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A) serves as a safe entry point for information and assistance for seniors and adults with disabilities in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties. We can help you explore your options for aging in the place and manner of your choice, answer your questions (or find the answers!), and help link you to the right services.

Olympic Area Agency on Aging is launching a survey effort to update our Area Plan which will guide our work for the next two years.  There are two surveys – one for providers of services (Key Informant Survey) and one for Elders and their Care Givers (Area Plan Survey).

The pandemic has caused disruption of what once was “normal,” and has been hard on older adults and on adults with disabilities.  We want to gain insight into how things have changed. 

Ways to take the survey(s)

• You can visit our website at o3a.org and click on the survey links on the home page.
• We can mail you a copy of the survey – call 1-866-720-4863
• You can call 1-866-720-4863 to provide your responses to our staff by phone or receive and emailed link to the survey.
