Ambulance Utility Rate Study Update 2022 Final Report

To ensure ambulance utility rates sufficiently cover the cost of providing ambulance and emergency medical services (EMS) the City of Ocean Shores engaged with FCS GROUP to determine an updated ambulance utility rate and to identify estimated rate impacts from the additional staff needed to address increases in both service calls and operating costs.
