Notice is hereby given that Pat Brunstad submitted an application for a Conditional Use Permit for the following project.
• Construction of a dynamic shoreline stabilization measure for protection of residential lots and the adjacent street lying westerly of the mean higher high-water mark in the vicinity of North Bay, Grays Harbor.
• The project is located in Division 21, Block 1, Lot 44 (41, 42, 43 Inc)778 Mariner Ct SE, Ocean Shores, WA
Ocean Shores Shoreline Master Program requires this proposal to go through the Conditional Use Permit process. Property owners within 300 feet of the proposed construction site are being notified by mail.
All persons are invited to appear and be heard at the hybrid public hearing via Zoom, or at the Ocean Shores Public Library meeting room 1, located at 573 Point Brown Avenue NW, Ocean Shores, WA 98569.
