CITY OF OCEAN SHORES, APPLICATION FOR REZONE: The City of Ocean Shores has received an application from Dean Benjamin, to rezone certain real property in Ocean Shores from B-1 Retail Commercial to B-2 General Commercial.

The City of Ocean Shores Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the proposal Tuesday May 10, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the Ocean Shores Public Library, located at 573 Point Brown Ave. NW, Ocean Shores, Washington, and remote access will be available.
