Public Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Assessment Foreclosure Judgment of the Superior Court in the County of Grays Harbor, entered under cause number 20-2-00551-14 on March 29th, 2021 in proceedings for foreclosure of assessment liens upon real property, as provided by law, I shall on Thursday June 3rd, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. at the Ocean Shores Convention Center, located at 120 W Chance a La Mer N.W., Ocean Shores, sell the parcels of real property described in
Exhibit A, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of these judgments, plus costs of sale adjudged to be due thereon. This sale shall be without warranty and will be subject to the two year statutory right of redemption.
