Emergency Proclamation regarding Open Public Meetings Act temporarily prohibits public agencies from conducting any in-person meetings.
This form is provided to allow the public to submit a public comment to the City of Ocean Shores City Council.

Brief Description of Comment (1000 character limit):


  1. Public comment form must be completed and submitted to the City Clerk no later than 12:00 noon on the day of the Regular City Council Meeting.
  2. Public comment is limited to 3 minutes.
  3. Comments shall be courteous and respectful at all times.
  4. No person may use the public comment for the purpose of campaign or advertisement.
  5. This is not a question and answer time and the council cannot engage in conversation with the public.
  6. Please keep in mind that the Council sets policy, passes laws and rules, and sets the budget. The Mayor is responsible for the day-to-day running of the City, hiring and firing, etc.
  7. Questions and concerns about operations should be addressed with the Mayor during regular business hours.
