Important Update: City Phone System Revamp

Please be aware that the city is undergoing a major upgrade to its phone system, which will require significant changes to the network infrastructure. The cutover date for the new phone system is scheduled with the Telecom company for May 6th at approximately 10:00 AM. 

Starting on Saturday, May 4th, we will begin replacing all the networking equipment throughout the city. During this process, there will be some downtime for the network, especially the phones. Please note that once the new network equipment is installed, the old phones will no longer function. Additionally, until the cutover on May 6th, the new phones will not be fully operational.

We will provide more information as we approach the cutover date. This will include updates on both the phone system and the network. Stay tuned for further details as they become available.
